Festoon lighting from the bridge to your tipi.

Cave Bar a fully licensed bar in a 500 million year old sandstone cave.

The Cave bar is used for pre reception drinks and post ceremony drinks. Both card and cash payments taken Internal rustic

Tipi bar a 10 ft bar with optics inside the tipi with draught. Two fully licensed bars.

Exclusive use, a blank canvas for you to create the wedding of your dreams.

The team - we are here to help you every step of the way. 

​

Magnificent giant three hat tipis and chillout area including sofas and chairs for your reception, set up on a purpose-built timber deck, covered with coconut matting, including choice of our round or rustic tables. 

​

Wooden chairs, rustic wooden bar, lighting & power, the surrounding lawn, space for caterers/entertainers, wooden tables, cross back chairs and/or benches. 

​

Twinkling fairy lights inside and festoon lighting outside 

all of which closes at midnight.

​

Beautiful surrounding countryside for stunning photos.

A keg barrel for your cake if needed.

Accompanied site visits (after initial meeting & booking). Meetings and site visits prior to your wedding. 

All venue staff required on the day (usually varies from 3-5 people). Staff time and support in the lead up, during and after the event.

The Old Vicarage Pricing

Saturday £7,750.00

Tuesday to Thursday £7,250.00

Please note that our prices do not include the fees for the registrars or any arrangements with them.

​

We’re not allowed by law to be involved in this process which means that you have to contact & pay the Registrars direct. Fees are currently running at approx £500 per wedding performing your ceremony. Book your registrar here.

​

To secure your wedding date we require a £1000.00 deposit of your base rate. A further payment of 45% to be paid 9 months prior to the event. The final balance is payable 3 months before the big day. 

​

Additional costs are payable as agreed. Cancellation policy as per our terms and conditions.

​

Extra costs eg extra staff and hay bales for seating depending on your numbers and requirements.

​

** PLEASE NOTE - accommodation including camping is NOT included in the wedding cost and is subject to availability.
